Shipping Policy
Local delivery charges.
Free delivery for orders above $80. Flat rate of $10 per order and location islandwide (excluding highly restricted areas)
*Additional fee of $10 for urgent/ specific day delivery.
Worldwide shipping
We ship to most places internationally via DHL. However, do note that various shipping charges apply. (Shipping cost according to parcel’s weight and size, additional duties and taxes)
We do not offer returns and refunds for worldwide shipping.
Order tracking
An email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
My purchase is for someone else
Kindly purchase a personalized greeting card to write a message (Max 50 words) for your intended recipient.
Re-delivery
If a wrong address has been provided or a re-delivery is required, please note that a surcharge of $10 will be added.
Cancellation
Once an order is processed no cancellation of orders will be allowed.
Returns Policy
We are committed to delivering products in their best condition. However, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our product and hygiene of our teas.
We provide an exchange only if:
- The items you received are wrong
- The items are defective or damaged
We will arrange a pickup from you for your exchange. We appreciate your understanding that we can only accept items in their original packaging and condition. We do not accommodate any item that has been altered with.
